The Project
A new waterside ‘floating home’ residential development project in Grafhorst, Netherlands, with attached jetty. The houses have three storeys separated by concrete floor decks, which are supported by structural timbers within the SIP panel joints. The project is finished in Timber cladding.
Key information:
- 5 No – 12m high, three storey residential structures.
- Over 800m2 of SIPs delivered to the Netherlands.
- Variety of custom sized (thickness, length and width) 152mm thick with 15mm OSB/3.
- Custom 39mm rebates to accept standardised C24 structural timbers.
- SIPs supporting concrete floor decks.
